Are you passionate about challenges?

• With your expertise in the area of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management, you will directly assume project and/or application responsibility.
• You analyze and design efficient, value-added processes in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Employee Central and/or Time Management, while not neglecting the holistic view in the conception phase.
• You will be responsible for the conception and implementation of mostly hybrid HXM consulting projects for our clients as lead/sub-project manager in predominantly international projects.
• As a lead, you are responsible for the technical implementation of the business requirements using configuration, either on your own or with your team .
• You develop existing customer relationships and provide support in pre-sales if they are interested.

Convince us with your potential!

• You have several years of SAP experience as a consultant in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Initial experience in the integration of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is an advantage.
• Alternatively, you have already successfully implemented initial projects in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management – ideally also in the commercial sector. You have acquired knowledge of connecting time management terminals to SuccessFactors and experience with the Integration Center .
• You have a deep understanding of the main processes and have very good knowledge of business processes and how to deal with works agreements/collective agreements.
• You have extensive experience in implementing global projects with cross-departmental stakeholders in an international environment with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• You are communicative and have very good German and good English skills.
• You are naturally willing to travel primarily regionally during certain project phases.
