You will actively support the global implementation of new Workday modules as well as the continuous optimization of the existing system and the end-to-end HR processes (HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence, Advanced Reporting)
You will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of new interfaces or changes to drive the development of the current HR system landscape (e.g. Interfaces for Payroll, Absence, Master Data, Organizations)
You will work closely with all involved internal stakeholders to confirm and align system requirements
You will create and update reports based on the requirements of the departments
You will coordinate and support the system testing as well in user trainings
You will check and correct reported system errors
You have a university degree in business informatics, IT or a comparable education
You bring at least 2 years’ professional experience in consulting or in a multinational company with a focus on interfaces for IT systems for the HR sector incl. project management
You are experienced in designing and developing integrations in a complex corporate environment
You have strong configuration skills in Workday (for at least two of the following modules: HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence, Compensation, Advanced Reporting)
You have extensive knowledge of creating and enhancing integrations
You are experienced in the creation of complex Workday reports
You are competent in supporting project management using different methodologies (waterfall, agile)
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
