  • Responsible for implementation of system upgrades and new processes as well as system enhancements to reduce redundancy and to streamline HR functions for maximum efficiency

  • Understand requirements and designs, build-ups and configurations of ServiceNow HR as case management system and its integrations to Workday as HRIS

  • Understand process and business requirements and translate them into possible technical solutions within the ServiceNow HR Modules (Employee Document Management, Ticketing System, Employee Portal, Reporting, Knowledge Base, etc.)

  • Coordinate expectations with relevant stakeholders and prepare key functional and technical decisions and initiatives to deploy further functionality on the application roadmap

  • Optimize the system to meet workflow requirements creating opportunities for automation, reduction of manual and simple processes that help drive accuracy and completeness

  • Design, implement and maintain initiatives that support efficient HR operations with focus on HR systems and increasing manager and employee self-service

  • Engage with process owners to understand processes and to identify and assess automation use cases

  • Implement HR Technology & Innovation standards, policies and HR systems to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with (external) IT developers to ensure automation is well designed, planned, implemented, released and monitored
