In Team HR Transformation, you will support clients in defining strategic realignments, develop modern technology strategies and infrastructures and accompany the selection, design and implementation of leading HR technologies. Through the unique combination of functional and technological HR expertise, we increase the productivity of the workforce and thus strengthen the entire company.

We are looking for dedicated reinforcements for our teams in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Munich and Stuttgart.

Exciting tasks await you

  • To develop and implement tailor-made, innovative HR and workforce solutions for complex and digital transformations together with our customers

  • Management of strategic and conceptual HR change projects in a national and international context across all project phases

  • Contribution of expert knowledge for the development and formulation of concepts and solutions around the topics Future of HR, Future of Workforce, HR Strategy & Operating Model, Digitization, Employee Experience and HR Operational Excellence

  • Conception and implementation of agile and innovative HR business and organizational models

  • Development and implementation of innovative, strategic HR concepts with regard to HR operational excellence and for the optimization of cost structures

  • Responsibility for the timely submission and presentation of project results to management

  • With appropriate previous experience, to design offers in terms of content, to calculate and to present them convincingly

  • To lead a team of junior colleagues on projects professionally and to accompany them as counselor in their career development in partnership

  • Further development of forward-looking instruments and in-house capabilities to expand our consulting portfolio

  • Acquisition of new orders on the subject of HR transformation

You are a specialist in this:

  • At least 5-6 years of relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned fields of activity, usually at a renowned consulting company or in-house consulting

  • Affinity and technical interest in making the new digital world tangible and comprehensible for hr functions and HR customers via digital HR solutions and cloud-based solutions

  • Very high level of expertise in the field of HR strategy and HR operating models paired with broad interest in Future of Work, Future of HR and Future of Workforce topics

  • Informed decision-making in complex situations

  • Excellent presentation and moderation skills from small to large groups

  • Value- and result-oriented management of employees and prudent handling of peers

  • High level of expertise in project management paired with effective control skills and very pronounced entrepreneurial thinking

  • Excellent adaptability to new situations with a highly flexible approach

  • Mobility and willingness to travel
