Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree, or comparable training, such as an IT specialist certification.
Experience: Have successfully implemented two to three (Workday) projects, ideally in a project manager role. Experience with similar solutions like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle Taleo is also valuable.
Skills: Possess excellent ability to structure and prioritize diverse tasks, along with experience in designing and digitizing transactional/administrative HR processes.
Attributes: Exhibit service orientation, strong communication skills, and a passion for knowledge sharing.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
