Position: SuccessFactors Senior Manager
Salary: €120,000 to €150,000 with a competitive bonus scheme
Location: Frankfurt or any major city in Germany

Interview Process:

  • 1st Round with the Director of SAP SuccessFactors.

  • 2nd Round with another Partner or Director in the space.

  • Final Interview to consolidate the process.

Key Requirements:
Over 6 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors
Proven track record of leading teams, including disciplinary team lead roles
Expertise in SAP project implementation
Strong client-facing skills, capable of articulating the big picture to clients
Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects
Specific SAP SuccessFactors experience, including Employee Central (EC Core) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Sales experience in a client-facing consultancy role
Demonstrated ability to autonomously deliver successful projects
Fluent in German and English

Role and Responsibilities:
The SuccessFactors Senior Manager will take the lead in managing client projects. They will engage directly with external clients, providing tailored solutions and contributing to the success of their SAP initiatives. Autonomy and a strategic approach are pivotal to the success of client engagements.
