•Project management for the implementation of global HCM systems in close cooperation with our business units

•Active design of a progressive HR system landscape including innovative technologies

•Continuous improvement of our existing system landscape in the Core-HR environment

•Support of international roll-outs to all subsidiaries

•Support of the global SAP HCM system, including the classic SAP modules (PA, OM, PT, PY, ESS/MSS etc.


•Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business administration or comparable training

•High degree of enthusiasm for HR topics in the IT environment

•Experience in technical conception and projects in the SuccessFactors / SAP HCM environment desirable

•Solution-oriented and analytical way of working as well as a high degree of diligence

•Strong communication personality with high service and team orientation

•Business fluency in German and English
