Your tasks
· You are the contact person for the HR department for all IT-related questions; You record and prioritize requirements for changes, extensions and new projects
· As part of the global IT strategy and in coordination with the department, you will develop an associated project roadmap
· You create concepts and specifications and take care of the implementation including customizing and documentation
· You provide 2nd level support for the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules used
· You will proactively advise the specialist department on new solutions and optimizations, including benchmarking existing processes with best practice processes
· You will also act as a project manager and be responsible for national and international projects
Your profile
· You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or a comparable degree or IT training with an additional qualification
· You have several years of practical work experience and excellent knowledge of SAP HCM system landscapes and related modules
· You have experience in the most important HR processes; Knowledge of the SuccessFactors solutions, LMS, eRecruiting and performance management is an advantage
· You have project management experience and knowledge of the application of methods and tools for process optimization
· You like to work independently and have good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
· You are characterized by a high degree of initiative and customer orientation
· Business fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
