Job Description:

Position Overview: The company is searching for a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant with Fluent German language skills and hands-on implementation experience. The Senior SuccessFactors Consultant will play a vital role in implementing and optimizing SuccessFactors solutions for clients. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring SuccessFactors modules, providing training and support, and ensuring successful project delivery. Competitive salaries are offered, with transparent bonus structures offered a guaranteed amount of 100% and up to 160%.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborates with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to SuccessFactors modules.
Configures and customizes SuccessFactors solutions to meet client needs, ensuring successful implementation and integration with existing systems.
Provides expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Conducts training sessions for end-users and administrators to maximize the effective use of SuccessFactors applications.
Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Stays up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors features and updates, advising clients on best practices and industry trends.


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Proven hands-on experience with SuccessFactors implementation, including modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors modules are a plus.
