Your tasks:

  • Management of the entire program life cycle: initiation, definition, planning and control.

  • Monitor and manage program budget, scope, risks, issues and schedules.

  • Stakeholder management: identifying needs, managing expectations and building relationships.

  • Leading regular status meetings with the program team, project managers, sponsors and other stakeholders.

  • Define and innovate within a Global S/4HANA template and roadmap.

  • Guidance and advice to project managers and other members of the program team.

  • Management of coordination with other programs (inside and outside of IT).

  • Support in the implementation of program and project management standards.

 

 

Your qualifications:

  • University degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or equivalent.

  • Personality and ways of working: Analytical, structured way of working, excellent communication skills.

  • Experience and know-how: In-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes and their implementation in integrated SAP-based application landscapes.

  • Experience with concepts of business process management and management of enterprise architectures.

  • Experience with agile project management methods. Industry experience in engineering and construction is an advantage.

  • Many years of experience with SAP implementation projects, including several years of experience in IT program or project management. Certificate in project management methods (e.g. Prince II, PMP) an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.

  • Fluent in English and German.
