Your Profile:

• Proven experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and business needs.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in German (mandatory) and English.
