Office/Remote: Hybrid 50/50

Job Description:

·        Advice and support for our customers in the optimization and digitization of global HR processes as a link between HR and IT and, if necessary, external partners

·        Independent analysis, definition and review of the incoming requirements for HR systems, taking the end-to-end approach into account

·        Technical support and further development of HR systems in connection with HR data management for the master system SAP HCM including master data, payroll, measures etc. as well as consideration of existing interfaces to other systems, e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Aconso, OpenText

·        Control of the necessary tests with local and global orientation up to the final release to IT

·        Creation of a global guideline as part of global HR data management

·        Independent creation of training documents and implementation of training courses worldwide in cooperation with HR in German and English

·        Responsibility for the HR domain worldwide and coordination of the regional coordinators

·        Support and responsibility for local and global projects

·        Independent creation or review of legally compliant technical application concepts and descriptions for system changes and new implementations in cooperation with IT or the requesting departments

Your profile:

·        Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification

·        Several years of professional experience in project management in the HR environment

·        Expertise in HR processes

·        In-depth experience with HR systems, e.g. SAP HCM or SuccessFactors

·        Very good knowledge of MS Office products (especially MS Excel) and high IT affinity

·        Fluency in spoken and written English

·        Intercultural sensitivity and international team spirit

·        Analytical and systematic way of thinking combined with strong communication skills
