Global HRIT Program Manager

Key Responsibilities
You and your team of partly technical and partly professional experts are responsible for the conception, further development, and ongoing support of the global digital HR solutions within the IT function.
You will work closely with colleagues from the various Competence Centers within the internal IT department on projects and in day-to-day business.
You will proactively translate business needs into digital solutions by working closely with and advising HR colleagues in our Global Business Units to improve and facilitate HR processes for employees, managers, and HR teams worldwide.
You will ensure the adaptability of our most important HR systems to the needs of our dynamic portfolio organization while managing complexity and realizing synergies for the entire Group.
As an IT expert, you constantly get to know new solutions on the market, check them for their benefits and their suitability for the company and bring new technical impulses into the company.
You ensure effective change management and the development of the necessary training concepts so that users can use our digital solutions with confidence.
You will take over the technical and professional (possibly disciplinary) leadership of a team of eight employees
Your Profile
University degree in business informatics, computer science, economics or a comparable degree
Several years of professional experience and proven leadership qualities
Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors cloud applications (full suite). Knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP Cloud Platform is a great advantage
IT architect skills for cloud and non-cloud applications
In-depth knowledge of HR processes coupled with a modern understanding of the current possibilities of IT systems in the area of human resources
Excellent project management skills in global IT environments with the necessary flexibility for fast-moving and changing environments
Team player with strong communication skills and service orientation
